Price

The price settlement unit of the Longrui Bond platform and all buyers is RMB or US dollar settlement.

For special chemical packaging that needs to be charged, such as toxic, charged, corrosive or other chemicals that need to be isolated from packaging (isolated packaging refers to special packaging such as steel cans), when the order is determined, the Longruibang platform will inform the buyer of the specific packaging price, and promise to minimize the cost and cost of packaging.

The product offer posted by any seller through the Longribon platform is valid for 7 days.

The seller can choose RMB currency to settle with the account designated by the platform. payment

1. The payment method for non-certified (buyer) members of the Longruibang Platform is cash on delivery. Authorized by the Longruibang platform, some certified (buyer) members can enjoy a maximum payment period of 30 days, overdue for more than 30 days, need to pay 3% of the unpaid balance as liquidated damages each month, exceeding the number of days less than one month to one month. We reserve the right to change the terms of payment and decide whether to pay in one lump sum or in part before the goods are shipped.

2. If the buyer member defaults on any order, the platform can postpone the shipment, cancel the order according to the actual situation. If the circumstances are serious, the platform will publish the bad credit history of the buyer member on the platform and freeze the account of the buyer member and associated member. At the same time, the platform reserves the legal right to further investigate the liability.

3. The account settlement cycle of the Lanruibang platform and the seller is not fixed, and the payment period of the order will be different according to the type of the buyer member of the order. Under normal circumstances, the settlement will be carried out within 3 days to 5 weeks after the goods arrive at the designated receiving place of the Lanruibang platform and pass the test. The Longruibang Platform will inform the seller of the settlement cycle for such orders, and the seller's confirmation of the order indicates acceptance of the settlement method in this case.

Taxes and other fees

VAT, customs duties, quality inspection fees or other government imposed taxes and charges incurred in the course of transportation, unless otherwise stated, shall be paid by the buyer and the buyer will be prompted to pay. If the company (including the company's designated freight forwarder, customs broker, etc.) is required to pay any of the tax fees, the buyer should reimburse or pay in lieu of the company, and the company will provide the corresponding documentation when the order is submitted.

Packing and shipping

Packaging:

The seller shall be responsible for the packaging of the product, and the delivery, packaging and transportation of the product shall comply with national regulations. The product packaging shall be based on the nature of the product and the various types of packaging in accordance with the corresponding national regulations, and the seller shall bear any potential loss, damage or other risks caused by the product packaging during the whole transportation process of the product to the buyer. In the case of transit delivery, the risk of damage and loss of the goods shall be borne by the seller before the goods reach the designated place of the Longruibang Platform. After receiving the product, the platform only carries out the necessary inspection of the appearance of the inner packaging of the seller's product, and does not carry out any form of processing.

Transportation:

1. In the case of transshipment by Lanruibang, after receiving the product and informing the buyer of the quality inspection result for confirmation, the Lanruibang platform will transport the product according to the provisions of the buyer's order, and the risk of loss and damage of the goods during transportation shall be borne by the buyer. The platform will choose the appropriate mode of transport according to the characteristics of the product and reserves the right to decide the exact mode of transport. Langruibang Platform also has the right to decide whether to carry out installment transportation, Langruibang platform to make invoices for these installment transportation of goods, and the buyer to pay the due invoices, which has no impact and conflict with the later delivery. Additional costs or delays in dates may be incurred after the goods are released from the carrier, and the buyer is obliged to accept subsequent goods even if any delivery delay occurs.

2. Under normal circumstances, the products traded on the platform will be sent directly by the seller to the place of receipt designated by the buyer; Some special orders, or products designated by the buyer to be shipped by the Longrui Bang platform, are first sent by the seller to the warehouse designated by Longrui Bang platform, and then sent by Longrui Bang platform to the buyer's designated place of receipt. In the above process, the transportation from the seller's warehouse to the Longruibang platform warehouse is responsible for the seller, and the transportation from the Longruibang platform warehouse to the buyer is responsible for the Longruibang platform. The Buyer or the Company reserves the right to specify to the Seller the mode of transportation of the Products from the Seller's warehouse to the Buyer or the Company's warehouse, and the Seller shall bear all transportation costs and potential loss, damage or other risks incurred during such transportation.

3. Mode of transportation: The seller shall be responsible for transporting the goods to the place designated by the buyer in accordance with the relevant national regulations on chemical transportation, selecting a compliant carrier to deliver the goods to the place designated by the buyer, and ensuring that the goods are packed in good condition (with clear labels) during transportation. If hazardous chemicals are involved, they must be transported by professional dangerous goods transport vehicles in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations, and dangerous goods shall not be transported by ordinary express. Perform the duty of safe transportation. The transportation cost of the goods is included in the product order price. The Seller shall pack the goods in a manner suitable for safe transportation. Packaging bags and drums (including cardboard drums) must be completely new to ensure that the goods are not damaged, leaky and safe. Labels must be attached to the packaging with clear labels and accurate information.

4. Transportation requirements: The Seller shall guarantee that the goods are qualified products of the original factory and provide instructions with the goods, including but not limited to product COA, product MSDS, delivery note (indicating the contract number, product name, quantity and other information), and other test data required by the Buyer's contract (HNMR, HPLC, GC and other relevant test data), otherwise the Buyer has the right to request the return of the goods.

Product quality

1. Quality requirements: The buyer shall propose the quality requirements of the required products and provide the product quality index requirements, confirm the product quality index again before placing the order, and confirm with the seller; The seller shall guarantee the quality of the products provided by the seller: it shall comply with the contract quality requirements, meet the corresponding industry and national standards, and shall not sell products that are still within the patent protection period or do not comply with laws and regulations, industry labeling, etc. Longrui Bond and the two parties signed the contract separately. If the buyer does not mention other quality requirements, acceptance shall be carried out according to the contents agreed in the contract between the two parties.

2. Quality acceptance: After receiving the goods, the buyer shall first inspect the products, and the seller shall ensure that the products conform to the contract. During the quality objection period after receiving the products, the buyer shall conduct acceptance inspection on the contents stipulated in the contract, immediately inspect and make representations in writing to the customer Service Department of the company regarding the shortage of products, packaging damage, product quality defects, etc., and provide valid documents. At the same time, keep the product properly and wait for feedback.

3. Quality objection period: Lanruibang Platform shall contract with the buyer and seller respectively on the quality objection period. The Buyer has the right to raise objections to the quality of the goods to the seller within the quality objection period. If the buyer does not inform us of the above within the quality objection period, these products will be deemed to comply with the terms and conditions of sale and cannot be revoked.

4. Quality problems: The Buyer shall accept the specifications, quantity and quality of the products received. If the specifications, quantity and quality of the products do not conform to the contract, the seller shall replace the products (including but not limited to return, replacement, replenishment, discount compensation, etc.).

5. If the buyer believes that there is a quality problem with the goods, if the Seller has any objection, both parties shall have the right to jointly engage a third-party testing agency qualified to conduct testing according to the agreed testing standards within 7 days after the objection is raised. If no agreement can be reached on the testing agency, the Buyer shall have the right to entrust it separately. If the buyer has the balance unpaid before the quality inspection official report is issued, the payment shall be suspended. If the inspection result is qualified, the inspection fee shall be borne by the buyer. The Buyer shall unconditionally pay the remaining payment (if any) to the seller within 3 working days after the official inspection report is issued. If the test results are not qualified, the seller shall unconditionally refund the price paid to the buyer within 3 working days after the official inspection report is issued, and bear the return cost and inspection cost, and the buyer will not pay the remaining price (if any). Loss of damaged goods and late delivery

1. The Seller's obligation to deliver the products to the Buyer includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of the products from its own warehouse to the designated warehouse of the Platform (including but not limited to the request of the Buyer or the Seller to transfer the products from the platform to the designated warehouse of the platform), and the Seller shall bear all losses, damage or other risks during the transportation from its own warehouse to the designated warehouse of the Platform. By delivering the product to the carrier at the warehouse loading point, we fulfill the obligation to deliver the product to the Buyer, and the Buyer assumes all loss, damage or other risks associated with the transportation. The buyer's insurance value for each valuable item shipped should exceed RMB 5,000 to prevent loss or damage to the goods.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty arising from manufacturing, delivery delay or failure due to any factors beyond the reasonable control of the Seller. These factors include, but are not limited to: Unsuccessful response, buyer action, embargo or other government action, change in legal provisions or regulations affecting the seller's affairs, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, war, strike or other labor dispute, lightning, flood, storm or other act of God, transportation delay or inability to obtain the necessary labor, fuel, materials or electricity supply at current prices.

Return goods

1. The return of products can only be carried out after obtaining the written permission of the Longruibang platform. And the return behavior of the buyer must strictly comply with the delivery instructions on the return of the Longrui bond platform.

2. For products identified as defective or not conforming to the standards by the Platform, the seller assumes one of the following responsibilities and the Buyer is entitled to one of the following remedies, which is determined by the Buyer: (1) to replace these products without additional charges and (2) to return these products according to the Seller's instructions and to refund the relevant products according to the Buyer's instructions after the return. The seller shall bear the additional logistics costs and other expenses arising from any of the above actions.

3. The Company shall not assume any other obligations and liabilities, whether arising from breach of contract, warranty, negligent act (including negligence or strict liability) or any other legal doctrine in connection with the sale or technical support of the products provided by the Seller, or other related commitments, acts or omissions. We shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or unforeseen damages.

4. Return operation:

A. The return operation is for the buyer to return the goods directly to the seller. As a service platform, Lanruibang does not store goods or turnover; In the case of refund, if the seller is unwilling to accept the goods, the Buyer shall forcibly return the goods and explain the situation to the seller.

B. If the seller offers a full refund but the goods do not need to be returned, the buyer shall deal with it directly, and after the buyer agrees to deal with it, Longray Bond shall sign the transfer of goods rights with both parties.

C. If third-party testing is involved, the buyer is requested to send the sample to Longruibang without sending all the goods for testing, and the testing fee will be paid by the problem party.

Patent right

In the case of complaints, complaints, government documents, legal documents, etc. received by the platform of the relevant product patents, the platform has the right to unilaterally remove the products involved, cancel the order, seal the goods and other operations, and do not need to obtain the buyer or seller's permission.

Buyer's use of the product

1. The buyer of the platform should be an institution or enterprise with relevant professional knowledge and qualifications, and promise that all products purchased on the website are first based on the purpose of experimental research, shall not violate the purpose of scientific research or drug license declaration, unless specifically marked and explained, can not be used for other purposes: Drugs, food additives, household chemicals, cosmetics or other inappropriate uses for humans or animals. 2. All products are potentially harmful. 3. The buyer has the responsibility to verify the harmfulness of the product and conduct further research, and should also study the harmfulness caused by the use of the product. Technical assistance

At the request of the buyer, the seller is obliged to provide the buyer and the platform with technical assistance or product related information. The seller does not need to guarantee the type and nature of the assistance, which can be provided by the seller's institution or in the form of the seller's individual.

Any advice provided by the Seller or the Platform as to the usability, selectivity, application or suitability of the product shall not be construed as an express or implied guarantee to the buyer.

Whether it is a buyer member or a seller member, in the event of any breach of the agreement, the platform has the right to publicly publish the relevant breach information on its own website. The company shall not be liable for any possible or potential institutional or personal credit risks and business losses arising from the release of such information.

User behavior code
