Is there a charge for pickup orders（Pick up order freight）？
The shipping rules for pick-up orders are the same as those for home delivery orders
How long can I keep the goods at the pick-up point/pick-up container?
Goods can be retained for three natural days after arrival at the pick-up point. Please pick up your goods as soon as possible after receiving the pick-up message.
Where is the pick-up point?
If you have not yet placed an order, check steps:
After the goods are added to the cart, click to go to the settlement, select "home pickup" in the "Order Settlement page" - "Payment and delivery method", the system will display all the pickup points in your area according to the delivery address you filled in before, you can click the "detailed map" behind the pickup point to view the location of the pickup point.
If you have placed an order, check the steps:
Login Jingdong, enter the "My" - "My order" page, click the "View" button behind the order, you can view the location of the pickup point behind the delivery address below the order information.
What is pickup?
Self-pickup is a fixed location pickup mode provided by Longrui Bond to facilitate customers to receive goods (such as not convenient to sign for express delivery at work, etc.). You can select the nearby pick-up point information in the column of "Consignee Information" on the order submission page, and the delivery method displays "home pick-up" (if no pick-up point is selected, it indicates that the address does not support pick-up, please choose other delivery methods). When the order arrives at the pick-up point, the system will notify you by SMS.
Note: If the order needs to be delivered by express, please click the delivery address you need directly in the column of "Consignee Information", there is no need to select the pick-up information;
