Return and exchange instructions
Return conditions: If the products purchased on this platform are found to be inconsistent with the report due to quality problems or testing, the buyer has the right to apply for a refund within 15 days after receiving the goods.
Note: The following cases are not accepted by our company
1. The label is damaged, the label is changed, the packaging bottle is changed, and the product that needs to be transported in cold storage is not sent back with cold storage measures;
2. If the product is damaged, leaked or deteriorated due to improper packaging, it cannot be processed even if it is returned;
3. Custom products, purchasing products, overseas products (first confirm the testing documents after delivery) in addition to quality problems, do not accept return applications.
4. Due to improper use or improper storage of the product quality problems, we will not accept the return application.
Application process: Please submit the return application through our customer service center, provide the order number and problem description, need to provide the test report issued by the regular laboratory, we will process your application within 24 hours, and reply to your return of the specific operation process.
Return cost: If the return is caused by our quality problems, our company will bear the relevant return freight; However, due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, change in demand, etc.), the return freight is borne by the customer.
